The Search Process





ABNER offers a personal and confidential professional executive search service. We believe in developing longterm relationships with our clients and as such, all our consultants are dedicated to the highest standards of professional practice and customer service. 

    • We adhere to a set of guiding principles which we observe during the course of the search.
    • All candidates will be presented with their approval
    • A candidate will never be presented to more than one client at the same time
    • No executive will be approached in any company which is or has been a client of ABNER 
    • Prospects and candidates will be informed of their status throughput the search
    • Candidates being presented to a client will be provided with general information about the company and position. Both the client and the candidate will be encouraged to enter into a candid dialogue.
    • Reference checking will not be conducted without the knowledge and agreement of the candidate. The results will be reported in full to the client
    • ABNER will represent the client at all times when asked to negotiate the compensation arrangement and counsel with the client to effect an equitable agreement with the candidate.
