The Search Process




Whether or not you have a clear idea of the person you  are seeking, we will spend a great deal of time with you to develop a total  job specification. Details of your organisation's structure, performance, management style and corporate culture will help to provide a description of the type of person who will best fit your environment.

  • Once we have established a complete profile for the position to be filled, a list of likely prospects is prepared. The list is the result of a great deal of research into possible sources of skilled performers. Through a broad network of contacts, candidates can be assessed even before they are approached. As such, time can be spent where it will prove to be most valuable : interviewing short-listed candidates in-depth.
  • We will present to our client with a detailed report when the prospective employees have satisfied the exact requirements of the job brief.The next step is to meet each person short-listed and make a selection. We will be there to assist our client when both parties are ready to negotiate and arrange the remuneration package.
